Training Options:

Personal Training in a gym or swimming pool - £35 per hour for one person.
Group sessions for up to 10 people (bootcamp or running) - £40 per hour total
Nutritional Advise - £50 for a complete consultation.
Training Programs are designed for 12 weeks. Minimum payment is for four session block.
